The Associate Producer will be tasked with assisting in the overall tracking of our
output, gathering assets instrumental to creative objectives, monitoring/documenting
feedback streams throughout the creative process, QCing assets against input from
Globalization teams, and maximizing efficiencies within workflows.

yourself on helping multiple concurrent projects cross the finish line, this might be the

Responsibilities:
● Support the Creative Labs Creative Producers and Creative Leads for creative
needs, from concept to production, for Product A/B test content on-service:
○ Track content creation and timelines.
○ Provide progress updates for assets in production.
○ Maintaining documentation of the creative process.
○ Coordinate creative kickoffs for upcoming work.
● Build extensive project tracking boards on Monday.com and Airtable and help
manage schedules and production calendars across multiple projects.
● Monitor vendor and freelance work to ensure content is delivered on time and
up to spec.
● Communicate effectively with internal and external teams throughout the
lifecycle of a project.
● Coordinate multiple ongoing initiatives, each with their own specific
deliverables and larger goals.
● Assist with asset management and servicing of material both internally and
externally as needed.
● Assist in the management of production workflow for vendors/ freelancers.
● Measure and track vendor/ freelancer performance to ensure a premium crop
of talent.

● Assist in gathering feedback from cross functional partners and providing
consolidated notes to Creative Producers and Creative Leads and/or back out
to freelance resources.
● Setting up agencies / freelancers with context and access to briefs, curated
assets and access to internal asset delivery systems.
Qualifications:
● 5+ years in a Creative Studio Assistant or Post-Production Producer role
● Experience working at a production, entertainment company or creative
agency
● Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Apps Suite
● Highly organized
● Great communicator
● Sharp eye for quality control
● Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new concepts or applications quickly
● Strong problem-solving skills with a positive and even-tempered attitude
● Experience on jobs with a high volume of deliverables
● Knowledge of Monday.com and Airtable a HUGE plus

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $76.50 to $85 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
